2. How does the design process work?
My design process typically follows these steps:

  • Consultation: We start with a conversation to understand your needs, brand, and project goals.

  • Proposal & Quote: Based on our discussion, I’ll provide a detailed proposal and quote.

  • Research & Concept Development: I’ll research your industry and develop initial design concepts.

  • Review & Revisions: You’ll review the concepts, and I’ll make any necessary revisions.

3. How long will my project take?
The timeline depends on the scope of the project. Smaller projects like logos or business cards may take 1-2 weeks, while more complex projects such as full brand identity or website graphics can take several weeks. I will provide a clear timeline during the proposal phase.

Pricing varies depending on the scope of the project. I offer custom quotes tailored to each client’s needs. Factors like project complexity, number of revisions, and deadlines will influence the cost. Contact me for a free consultation and personalized quote.

5. How many revisions are included?
Most of my packages include a set number of revisions, usually 2-3 rounds, depending on the project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra fees, which will be discussed upfront.

6. What do you need from me to start a project?
To get started, I typically need:

  • A clear understanding of your goals and vision.

  • Any brand materials you already have (logo, color palette, etc.).

  • Text, images, and any other content you want included in the design.

  • A signed agreement or contract outlining the project scope.

  • A deposit to begin work.

7. Will I own the final design files?
Yes, once the project is completed and full payment is received, you will own the rights to the final approved design files. However, I retain the right to use the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

8. What file formats will I receive?
For most projects, you’ll receive files in commonly used formats such as:

  • Print formats: PDF, AI, or EPS for high-quality print-ready files

  • Web formats: PNG, JPG, or SVG for digital use

If you need specific file formats, let me know, and I’ll make sure you receive them.

9. Do you work with international clients?
Yes! I work with clients from around the world. We can communicate via email, video calls, or any other method that works best for you. I’m based in Dubai, but distance is never a barrier.

10. Do you offer printing services?
I focus on design, but I can guide you through the printing process and recommend trusted printing partners. I will ensure your design is print-ready and provide you with the necessary files to hand over to the printer.

11. Can you redesign or update an existing logo?
Yes, I can help refresh or update an existing logo while ensuring it aligns with your current branding goals. We can discuss what elements to keep, modify, or modernize.

12. What happens if I don’t like the initial designs?
Design is a collaborative process, and I’m committed to delivering something you love. If the initial designs don’t meet your expectations, we’ll work together on revisions. I’ll ask for detailed feedback so I can refine the design to better match your vision.

13. What if I need help after the project is completed?
I’m happy to offer support even after the project is finished. Whether you need additional tweaks, new files, or help with implementing the designs, feel free to reach out. Ongoing support can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

14. Can we meet in person to discuss the project?
If you’re based in Dubai or nearby, I’d be happy to meet in person to discuss your project. If not, we can schedule a video or phone call to go over everything in detail.
